Carl,
I have been meaning to write to you for some time now and tell you about these two bikes of mine.
The first was delivered to me in the Spring and built up pretty quickly.
I can’t tell you how much the build and the finish impressed me right out of the box. A stunning bike.
It was very clear, quickly, that the bike was exactly what I wanted. The fit is spot on, the ride is exactly what I wanted , smooth, solid and comfortable for long rides and long days.
The bike climbs beautifully ( in spite of the rider ) and descends rock solid, like a freight train. Where the bike really shines is on those rambling days with a combination of pavement and gravel, and great views.
The fender mounts were exactly right and the clearance for big tires and lots of clearance under the fenders is great.
I couldn’t have asked for a better result and it was a pleasure working with you on it.
In fact, I liked the bike so much I ordered another on, essentially a copy of the first. This time I had the good sense to ask for rack mounts as well.
That bike performs every bit as nicely as the first and just confirms my belief in the first one, and makes me happy I ordered the second.
I like them both so much, I have now started selling other bikes since I know they will not get ridden.
A pleasure all around and when I get the next one thought through in my head, I will be back in the line-up again.
