The footers and foundation walls are done. They’ll back-fill this week and start plumbing the radiant floor heat. With any luck the flatwork will be done as well. Next week they’ll finish up the slab, demo the existing garage and grade the rest of the site. Hopefully framing will start the first week of Oct.

The new shop construction has begun! I will post updates as progress is made. It’s being built by Rotherham Construction. Phil Rotherham is a good friend, mentor, customer and very accomplished bicycle racer. He built our last building and did a great job. We expect construction of this building to be about 70 days. So with any luck we could be in by the new year.

I’m just finishing up KH’s Titanium Personal Blend. It is set up for discs and canit’s and will be getting an Enve Disc fork as well as an Enve cockpit and wheels. Very nice!

The kits arrived and look great. Everybody seems to be really happy with them.
