Goodbye Mendenhall

We gave the keys to the new owner of our building on Saturday and left it for the last time. I was a lot sadder than I expected. We spent the last 10 years there and put a lot of time, work, money and love into that place. We’re glad it’s in good hands and wish Tyler and Andrea all the best as they grow their business in it’s new home.

On the brighter side of things, our temp shop is awesome and the lighting is great. We planned to be here for 6 months, but after that move I might just build the new place and wait to move until next Spring. I don’t think I have another move in me this year.

Below are pictures of us leaving Mendenhall for the last time and our new shop, completely moved into and ready to rock.

Looks like a familiar shop layout with your welding nook on one end and the machines on the other. How was the electrical in the temp shop. Did you have to add lots of new circuit breakers and put in new outlets? Seems like that is always a big time suck.

It had all the electrical that I needed surprisingly enough. That’s the first time that ever happened.

    Here’s to the future! :D
