I haven’t been very regular about posting VOW’s so I thought I’d get back after it. Matt E. a customer of mine sent me a link to this vid which I thought was really cool. Check out some of the exposure!

Just got back from Watkins Glen Vimtage weekend and saw this. Wow. More info on the car would be appreciated….some of those spectators sure look vulnerable.
For those with a more human powered take on that hill, they held the inaugural ‘Assault on Pikes Peak’ two weeks ago. For the first time in a long time, folks could ride their bikes from Manitou Springs (6,400ft) to the summit at 14,115 via the Pikes Peak highway. The total distance was 24 miles.
While there was the option to take a van off of the top, most folks took the cheaper option and simply rode their bikes down.
Also note that as of this year, the entire section above Devil’s Playground is now paved, so only the 2.5(ish) mile section below Glen Cove is still dirt.

…the only response, for those that haven’t seen it.
wow! thanks Jim, I hadn’t seen that before.
I wish they had subbed in an Audi S1, but apart from that…Ari is a driver, eh?
If more cars looked like this, the world would be a better place!
