So we just filled a position in our shipping department. Because we ‘re sending very expensive bikes all over the world we take packaging very seriously. Any of you that have purchased a frame or bike from us know that it takes about a half a day to get them unwrapped. So when we had a chance to get the star employee from UPS we jumped on it. Her name is Frankie and she gets the job done. We’ll have to spend a little time retraining her because USP doesn’t have quite as high a standard as we do but I don’t think it will take long, she’s almost there. Here is some video of her unpacking frames that are coming back from paint.

As you might remember UPS distroyed my Cannondale SuperSix frame several months ago. I hate to break it to you, but your “new “employee” is the same individual that “handled” my bike during shipping. You might want to extend Frankie’s training. Terry Atwood
