I think your current website works, lot's of usable info and guides. I guess a facial revamp on the site will give old and new customers a "brand new" feeling.

I think your gallery can use some close-ups of your TIG welding... you are after all, the master at it hence it'll help convince a lot of fence sitter on your work. ;) And of course... it has been said before but pix of your monthly works would be great too...

Keep up the good work!

Thanks Richard, we've worked hard on improving navigation and a lot of what we've done is consistent with your suggestions. I think it will make getting around a lot smoother.

Just a few things, from the perspective of a site user, and a webbie-man myself.

The link to the contact page ought to be in the main menu at the top of the site. Currently it needs a bit of digging to find it.

This one is a bit selfish (as currently my emails are being eaten by a spam filter somewhere), but I think a simple contact form on the Contact page would enable people to contact you directly in an 'emergency'.

Perhaps make the default text size a bit larger (very small in Safari in Mac OSX).

Perhaps it might be easier to navigate to all parts of the site if the main menu wasn't at the top - but in the navigation bar on the right. Currently when a main menu item is selected, a sub menu for that section appears at the top of the navigation bar. This seems a little unintuitive, and to more in-keeping with how things 'normally' work, it might be better if the 5 or 6 main menu items were at the top of the navigation bar, and sub menus then open up under the menu items, once they have been clicked.
